Help us turn hope into action by becoming a supporter

For almost 35 years, the Jane Goodall Institute UK has been spreading hope and turning it into meaningful positive impact to create a better world for people, other animals and the planet we share.

We do not receive any government funding and rely on the kind generosity of individuals and companies to enable us to deliver our vision. If you would like to help us turn hope into action, please donate and become a Jane Goodall Institute UK supporter!

As a much appreciated supporter you will receive Hope Times, our new e-newsletter packed with updates about how your support is making an impact in the UK and Africa, together with news about Dr Jane Goodall and our charity.

Your kind donation will help support our work and could be used across any of the following projects/activities in Africa and the UK:

  • Senegal – helping to protect the Critically Endangered Western chimpanzee and reversing deforestation through community led initiatives.
  • South Africa – supporting the Chimp Eden sanctuary providing a safe haven for rescued chimps from across Africa.
  • Uganda – supporting a project aimed at reducing school drop-out rates for girls once they begin menstruating.
  • Roots & Shoots – developing compassionate young change makers in the UK and UAE through our free environmental and humanitarian programme
  • Forever Wild – raising awareness of issues such wildlife trafficking and tackling the irresponsible portrayals of chimpanzees on social media.
